basically, marijuana laws have a state only clause that say marijuana is off limits in federal hands as long as the state can enforce its own laws!
the problem is, most hospitals and insurances do not allow research on a federally illegal substance

so my solution is to build some sort of legislative bridge saying that, in legislation, that it is federally illegal, but for some kind of delegate, lets say the fbi or even dea

what this means is, when a doctor or practioner, or even a hosital or insurance company, needs to research or perscribe marijuana, there is to be a delegate (temporary existance of power) into the fbi, so they can conclusively deal with the federal portion: doing invesgitation, the paperwork, filing paperwork, dealing with the substructure of felonies through their own network, instead of flat out filing a felony charge for possession of marijuana, which is tacky, since people who smoke marijuana are often prosecuted, like, more then jesus id say

basically, if doctors and hospitals and research labs and even insurance companies cant perscribe or diagnose patients who smoke marijuana, theyre liable to get worse or even worse, like getting sent to a psych ward because of outdated research on marijuana, or even be misdiagnoised further into a medical condition, due to the federal status of marijuana, meaning if this happens en masse, it leads to taxes on the state, meaning a drain on the state, and a challenge to welfare, espeically the welfare of innocdent people who smoke and distribute marijuana, both as a hobby and profession

so yeah, my plan of some sort of delegate branch from medical/law enforcement (people do call 911 and get sent to the emergency room) to the federal branch enforcing the marijuana laws (so no felons get acccess to some marijuana, and those who are commiting illegal crimes can be properly forwarded to the fbi/dea for investigation, can probaby properly be bridged into something like, a hospital getting clearance from the dea/fbi to properly research a type of marijuana smoked by people. we need that research to find out why cerrtain people are acting erradically on marijuana to properly find a cure, meaning if theres somethign in your weed, a doctor in a research facility can find a fix for it, even if that means putting chappelle show back on air ill tell you that much

so if you can, find your local official, may it be a house representative, the presdeint, or even your mayor, and try to get medical research done on marijuana so they fucking quit harassing us stoners because people think marijuana causes schizophrenia. i personally never had schizophrenia or bipolar disorder until they kept feeding me antipsychotics, and it took me years to realize i couldve sued them in open court, but my psychatrist ran out the statue of limitations and destroyed my credit score.

remember, theres a law, and people break it, even officers and doctors, so be wary of invesgiation and just try to email the presdeint or your house official (if you need a +4 zip code ie 0000-4444, just google "post office +4 zip code" and it should tell you your +4 code), or even your senator, even your mayor! your two cents on federal marijuana rules, the effect of old marijuana research in light of 2025, how youve been personally affected by marijuana laws (btw, a lawsuit against an agency is called a 'tort'), your wishes and plans for marijuana and its industries future, even how you and your family have been affected by marijuana laws, and be sure to include suggestins, tips, and other things that can help us marijuana users live better and happier

again, from my experience, if someone or even a fucking license carrying psychatrist thinks you have schizophrenia because you smoke marijuana, even if your clceared from mental disorders by another psychatrist, even in the er, they will infact misdiagnose you with a mental condition, after that its all in their hands. i had a 740 credit score and its at 580 now, my parents were giving me thousands a month and all because i mentioend comedy central to one person a group of people flipped the fuck out, even the cops come here with hands on hteir guns over "angelina jolie" or some crazy shit

remember, marijuana is akin to alcohol, the wrong dosage may take and then ened your life. please, when doing drugs or drinking alcohol, the less, the better!

for new smokers of marijuana, please get guidance from a friend or family member, some people smoke too much of the strong stuff, and literally hallucinate and then get into an accident or plain ass die after they smoke marijuana. edibles are so strong they can accidently kill someone, some have chemcials and are made to kill people. if your a new smoker, one hit is fine for the day! and be sure to inhale, but take a very very very small portion. wean your self up after 2 weeks!
